I was diagnosed with heart failure at 51 when a virus attached my heart 2 years ago. I made the Chili con Cocoa while on a ski trip last week in Colorado because it not only contained my favorite addiction, Hershey's Dark Chocolate, but the other ingredients resulted in a delicious dish that was low in Cholesterol, calories, and sodium, while providing lots of fiber and protein; all essential for my stricter "heart-healthy diet". Forgive me for deviating somewhat, but I substituted Black Beans and added three cups of pickled jalapeno slices to kick up the heat a notch! It was big hit with everyone!
