The estate was previously offered for $9.995 million and is being auctioned with a reserve of $2 million and a pre-sale estimate of $3 to $7 million.

Also up for auction is an adjacent ocean bluff lot. The five acre lot is being sold absolute (no reserve) and has a pre-auction estimate of $500,000 to $1.5 million.
