If you've been thinking about putting the deposit down on a new Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe, you've got our stamp of approval. But if everyone else you know is doing the same, might we recommend a slight attitude adjustment. Like the one offered by Lorinser.

The German tuning house known the world over for its customer Mercedes offerings has just launched an appearance package for the svelte new Benz, including a new front bumper with integrated LED daytime running lights, side skirts, a trunk-lid-mounted lip spoiler, a new rear bumper with a diffuser and four round pipes poking out. The front grille – bearing similar styling to those found on late-model Acuras – may win some and lose others, but there's no shortage of wheel options available, and a suspension dropped by 30 millimeters to improve handling. A range of performance upgrades are also in the works.
