--Professional skateboarder Erik Elllington has listed his Hollywood Hills contemporary, shown above, for $1,595,000. The property website is here.
--Kurt Rappaport, co-founder of Beverly Hills-based Westside Estate Agency sold a Beverly Hills home for around $24 million. Rappaport took a combination of cash and a house in the flats of Beverly Hills in trade in the transaction.
--Actors Jeremy Renner and Kristoffer Winters have sold a gated and restored 1924 Greek Revival in the Hollywood Hills area for $4,004,852.
--Screenwriter Tedi Sarafian has listed his renovated Normandy-style 1920s home in the Hollywood Hills for $1,749,000. The listing is here.

--Damages star Glenn Close has listed her two-bedroom apartment in the Beresford building at 211 Central Park West for $11.8 million. The apartment has two terrace's and a maid's room. The listing is here.
--Jay-Z and Ralph Lauren have both been spotted checking out the triplex penthouse in the ClockTower Building in Brooklyn. The apartment has gorgeous views through four giant clock faces and a glass elevator. It is listed at $25 million.
--Blackstone Group CEO Steven Schwarzman has sold his East Hampton home for $6.25 million. He bought the 3,200-square-foot home for $2.3 million in 1996 and later stayed there while the Water Mill estate he bought for $34 million in 2005 was being renovated.

--Financially embattled Texas Rangers owner Tom Hicsk has sold his three-acre, Aspen-area estate to Howard M. Jenkins, the former head of the Southeastern Publix Super Markets chain, for $18.5 million.
--Restaurateur and celebrity chef Charlie Palmer is asking $11.5 million for the five-story Manhattan townhouse that housed his first restaurant, Aureole, and former apartment. The listing is here.
--Australian golfer Adam Scott has put his beachfront vacation home on Australia's Gold Coast on the market for 4.95 million Australian dollars. The listing is here.

--via the NY Observer, John Cleese's two-bedroom apartment at 196 East 75th Street is now in the possession of his ex-wife, Alyce Faye Eichelberger. Cleese sold the apartment, which they bought in 2007 for $1.7 million, back to her for $1.492 million.
--Edgar Lampert, a partner at Marshall Rose's real estate firm, The Georgetown Company, and his wife Robin have paid $4.71 million for a three-bedroom apartment at 239 Central Park West.
--via bigdealnyc, real estate developer Ian Bruce Eicher has paid $5 million for a 52nd-floor condo at One Madison Park.
--via the NY Post, art dealer Otto Naumann and his wife Heidi have paid $8.5 million for a townhouse at 55 East 78th Street. The mansion first went on the market for $17 million in 2008.
--via the NY Observer, CB Richard Ellis chairman Stephen Siegel is reportedly buying a two-bedroom in the Fairchild building in Tribeca for for $1.75 million.
--via Blockshopper, Sanjay Swani, a partner at the private equity firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, and his wife Preeti, have sold their five-bedroom apartment at 33 East End Avenue for $3.2 million.
--Columbia professors Elazar Barkan and Pamela H. Smith have paid $1.78 million for a three-bedroom condo at 372 Central Park West.

--Dorris Carr Bonfigli, has dropped the price of her penthouse at 930 Fifth Avenue, it was once listed at $11.3 million but is now listed for $8.75 million.
--John Geary III, the son of socialite Hilary Geary Ross and stepson of billionaire Wilbur Ross, and his wife Medora have paid $2.7 million for a three-bedroom co-op at 520 East 86th Street.
--via Newsday, a 4,000-square-foot home on Gibson Lane in Sagaponack near Billy's two mansions (both of which he's now trying to sell), has sold for $19 million.
--Lirenn Tsai, a managing director at UBS and his wife, Shuh Lan Tong, have sold their eighth-floor apartment at The Heritage at Trump Place on Riverside Boulevard for $3.98 million.
--via Newsday, Eric Spar, founder of the Hal-Hen hearing aid company, has put his Amagansett property up for sale. The six-bedroom home was once part of the larger Warner LeRoy estate and a Hamptons Cottages & Gardens designers showcase home. It is listed for $5.495 million.

--Chicago Bears linebacker Hunter Hillenmeyer has rented out his three-bedroom town house in Vernon Hills for two years for $1,900 a month.
--Former Bulls forward Antonio Davis has sold a 1-acre lakefront lot in Plainfield's Lakelands subdivision for $315,000.

This is very nice blog & pictures are also very beautiful. Rappaport took a combination of cash and a house in the flats of Beverly Hills in trade in the transaction, I like this blog very much.
