I would love to be in a mansion with a yacht in Miami and then head on over to the super bowl game but i couldn't afford it. But if i had the money i would sure take advantage of it. I can picture some star taking advantage of it. Actually, it's cheaper to rent condos then homes for obvious reasons. You can a get a good deal on them as well.
