Cher's Home And Others Sell Big In Hawaiian Auction

It seems to be a good week for luxury real estate auctions. Concierge Auctions has announced the results of the January 18 auction of Cher's home in the exclusive Hualalai Resort in Hawaii along with a bunch of other home sales. Cher's home, which she did not live in, was sold to a buyer from Arizona for $8.72 million (it was expected to fetch between $8 and $12 million). The January 18 auction included the successful sale of five properties in Kona, Hawaii, for a total of more than $19.4 million.
In addition to Cher's home, a property at 72-3209 Ka Nehe Place in the Kuki'o Golf and Beach Club and Residences, shown above, which was selling absolute was purchased by a buyer from Beverly Hills for $4.95 million. We profiled this one as an estate of the day and it is a beauty. It was previously offered for $8.45 million so someone got a great deal. A second home selling absolute in Kuki'o, at 72-3205 Punaloa Place, was purchased for $3.85 million. Collectively, the prices achieved for the homes in Kuki'o were $10 per square foot higher than the average price per square foot for other homes sold in the Maniniowali section of Kuki'o over the past six months. Two other home sites in Kuk'io sold for $990,000 and $962,000.

wolfsport you sound like one of them democrat blowholes!
At least Wolfsport knows grammar well enough not to write "them democrats" instead of the correct usage, "those Democrats." There should also be a comma between "wolfsport" and "you." See the following example of using a comma when addressing someone in writing:
Matthew, you are circumstantial evidence of what I've always suspected: Most conservatives, especially Evangelicals, are ill-educated with below-average IQs to match.
Go back to school before you go back into the polling booth again so you can make literate ripostes to "them Democrats" like me.

Every notice how when progressives don't get their way they attack people on a personal level. It shows how shallow they are when they cannot argue facts. Progressives are going down.

omg this is about real estate not politics

She barely passed the 8th. grade. Apparently in your limited capacity, that is "intelligence". I note that you do not know the word " artistic" and just wrote "artist". Apparently another "lack" of education. I was never able to stomach her singing and/or "acting" if that's what you call it. In my mind, she is a "lucky" idiot.
usermn3156 Jan 23rd 2010 3:31PM
You're the idiot, Joan. You probably never even got past the 2nd grade, if that.
Are you kidding me? Jan 23rd 2010 5:40PM
Isn't it funny when a republican messes up they get attacked and scrutinized, but when a democrat messes up the same way it's suddenly alright and it should be overlooked. Please explain.

She's a lucky, rich, idiot!!

Hmmm the right wing idiot-ologists can't help but chime in can they. Ha Ha. You guys are great satirists. Like a pot calling the kettle black....

Looks like a couple more jealous rush disciples here. If ya can't beat em, and ya can't join em, bash em. LOL, everyone woh doesn't vote for whichever lame republican is on the ticket is a right wing progressive nutcase.
You folks might wanna be careful about what you say. I know you all profess to be conservative Christians, but Jesus said, "It's not what goes into the mouth of a man that is important. It's what proceeds out of His mouth that defiles him." Take heed when you call people names.
