I'm shocked you didn't mention the Robert Burns dinner held at LA Burdick restaurant in Walpole, NH.
Each course is paired with scotch, the night rounding out with great Burns poetry or bagpipe music....the occation is usually frequented by Ken Burns, who lives in town.
