Im moving in, but I dont know the most effective way to clean glass steps. Windex? Wont that make it more slippery when Im wearing only socks?

The furnishings needs a little help in some of those rooms, and the Sharper Image Elvis would have to go, but that is a pretty cool place IMO.

The Elvis must stay!!
Actually, a very, very cool pad. But Montreal? In winter? Not the best time to try to sell!! Brrrrrrrrrr!!!!

Nice. I'll bet it's even nicer in the summer, when you can sit outside and really enjoy that view.

thats beautiful!!!!!! i cant tell from the pics, but it looks like the location might not be the best in mtl.

The location is not that bad, Old Montreal is a trendy neighbourhood. Only the views from the property are a bit depressing in winter time :) But it is much better in summer.
Interestingly, million-dollar properties are becoming the norm in Montreal nowdays, I'm counting about 300 1milion+ properties downtown. A few years ago this was literally unheard of, you could grab 5000 sq.ft lofts for half a million in this neighbourhood. Even whole 8-story buildings with stone cut facade went for under the million. Now condos in the same buildings are selling for several millions!

Not fond of the local but I do like the penthouse. Now if they moved this to Seattle or Vancouver then I would love it hands down.
