Antelope Run Ranch, Estate of the Day

Today's estate is one of the prettiest Wyoming properties we've ever had on this site. Antelope Run Ranch is an 8,000 acre ranch located at the foot of the Bridger-Teton National Forest just 30 minutes from Pinedale, Wyoming and a 1.5 hour drive from Jackson Hole. The ranch is a haven for horses with large irrigated hay meadows and rolling hills and forests that range in elevation from 6,900 feet to 8,100 feet. The ten miles of South Horse Creek flowing through the ranch offers fishing and there are also three large spring fed ponds on the property with two aerated ponds with stocked rainbow trout.
The property includes a large contemporary 9,750 square-foot custom-built main home. Known as the Hill House, the house, designed by Bartholomew Voorsanger of Vooranger & Associates, is structured in steel with concrete slabs and clad in granite with double-glazed glass window walls, painted metal trim and slate roofs. The main level features a living room, dining room, study, kitchen, gear room and the master bedroom with two bath suites and sauna. Large windows offer scenic views over the ranch. The four major rooms have fireplaces. On the lower level there are six bedrooms, a game room, a common sitting room with fireplace and a second kitchen. The house also includes a wet/dry sauna, a wine cellar, cedar lined closets, 10,000 gallon water storage and three 450 gallon water heaters with instant hot water throughout the house. The home is being sold with the furniture including a revolving king size bed in the master bedroom, a 20' long dining table and chairs and six complete bedroom suites. The stable is constructed of the identical materials used to build the Hill House and has four stalls, rubber tiled floor, grooming area and an adjoining fenced corral.
Also on the property there is a ranch manager's log home, a guest house, a heated horse arena, a nine-bay log garage and a fully equipped and certified 7,850 foot airstrip located on a separate parcel eight miles from the ranch. This property is listed at $29.5 million.

Wow. It's 29.5 million and needs to be gutted. I feel sorry for the Realtor who had to show the main house interior shots in his listing. Bad, bad, bad decor. Cheap everything. They would be better off taking everything out to sell the house. Great piece of land.

I agree with you on the decor being the properties only flaw. But c'mon if you can afford to buy this place the decor is the last thing that'll stop you. The views are beautiful and you can't beat that there's an airstrip nearby.
