LOOKING TO SELL IT. IT IS A PIECE OF JUNK. THE MAWAH HUMMER DEALER IS A BIG RIP OFF. HAVE HAD THE CADDY IN ON FIVE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS, NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM, ANOTHER MECH DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, TOOK IT BACK TO MAWAH NJ HUMMER AND HAD THEM FIX IT AS IT IS UNDER WARRANTY. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO ANDREW CUOMO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. THIS LACK OF RESPECT FOR A CONSUMER HAS TO STOP. JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE HAS A CADDY DOES NOT MEAN THEY ARE MILLIONAIRS BUT LIKE TO DRIVE A NICE COMFY CAR. NO WONDER GMAC IS IN SUCH TROUBLE THIS IS HOW THEY WILL PAY BACK THE GOV'T MENT FOR THEIR POOR INABILITY TO STAY AFLOAT BY SCREWING THE CADDY CUSTOMERS.

metrorun3

Comments on Cadillac To Reveal New Flagship and CTS-V coupe at Detroit

AL GORE WILL WANT A V-32 CYLINDER ENGINE IN HIS.

Gayle Davis

Comments on Cadillac To Reveal New Flagship and CTS-V coupe at Detroit

The CTS-V Caddys are one terrific automobile - I also own Mercedes, Bentley & RR. You obviously have little knowledge in this area. I personally have had bad experiences with Caddy's and will not own one again. Have a Jag Vanden Plas, Bentley and a Ford. Most of my colleagues laugh at the idiots who buy Caddy's ( I'm too embarrassed to tell them I used to be one ). The new cars and trucks have lost their class. The only people who drive them now are geriatrics and rappers. I had so much trouble with the engine in my Escalade ( only 3 yrs old ) that 2 mechanics told me it wasn't worth fixing. The interiors tend to be cheap plastic garbage, and the new crossover is garbage as well. Test drove one before I settled on a Ford Edge SEL Plus. Awesome, sturdy car !

judith

Comments on Cadillac To Reveal New Flagship and CTS-V coupe at Detroit

Have a 95 Corolla with 265000 miles on.Replace parts do to normal wear and tear.Plugs ,gaskets , handles, wires, brakes.I have always had a good mechanic and buy my parts at Autozone or online.I've never spent more than a $100 at one time including labor and am still running strong.God bless all of you who can afford $50,000 cars and dealer maintenance at $95+ an hour.

darren

Comments on Cadillac To Reveal New Flagship and CTS-V coupe at Detroit

Have a 95 Corolla with 265000 miles on.Replace parts do to normal
wear and tear.Plugs ,gaskets , handles, wires, brakes.I have always had
a good mechanic and buy my parts at Autozone or online.I've never
spent more than a $100 at one time including labor and am still
running strong.God bless all of you who can afford $50,000 cars and
dealer maintenance at $95+ an hour.

darren

Comments on Cadillac To Reveal New Flagship and CTS-V coupe at Detroit

Hemirick- I'll agree with you on the Northstar engine they used was ridiculous, but as far as other GM's I have owned many these past years and have put over 200,000 miles on each one and they still ran and looked great and never hardly cost me anything other than normal wear items. I have never had bad luck with GM's! As far as foreign cars, you people that buy them are part of the reason this country is going to crap.

Dave

I AM DRIVING MY 3RD CADILLAC ELDORADO. Okay, the occasional grey-haired golfer would cruise to the links in his Caddy. But, those giant sleds were the favored car of my favorite groups of people. Now, the modern Cadillac is so homogenized and ordinary that it's got no attitude. I have also owned 2 Cadillac STS's, a 2005 and 2006. All had Northstar V8s, and the STS's were AWD. I currently own a 2006 Cadillac Escalade with a 6.0 engine and AWD. I have had very little trouble with any of them, and when I did it was always covered under warranty. This is what a wise person like myself does. But a predriven luxury car that is about 2 years old or close, low mileage. Make sure it is certified. Then for about $1500.00 more you buy a genuine GM Cadillac extended warranty, which is 6 years from the date it was first sold. You save almost half of the money you pay for a new one. A brand new car is a terrible investment, especially if it is a luxury car costing $70,000.00 or more. I also own a 2005 Jaguar XJR, 400 HP supercharged, and a 1987 Mustang LX convertible 5.0 stick shift like new.
