Football Star Throws In New Porsche To Sell His House
We first looked at this home over a year ago but Atlanta Falcons tight end Tony Gonzalez and his wife, October are trying again to sell their Manhattan Beach, California home. Last year the home was listed at $3.999 million but now it's on the market for $3.6 million and Gonzalez has sweetened the deal by adding a new Porsche 911 Cabriolet within 10 days of the close of escrow if he receives a full-price offer.Gonzalez bought the four-bedroom home in 2003 for $1.575 million. He tells the LA Times that he gutted the house when he bought it and fully renovated. The home's best selling feature is a huge roof deck with a barbecue area, shaded lounger and a hot tub. The home is a couple blocks from the ocean and so the deck has some truly fantastic views. Inside the home there are two living rooms, dining room, a bar and a master bedroom suite with a fireplace and patio. There is a four-car garage, the home of your new Porsche.

I wonder why they want to sell? It's a beautiful house. The article says he's a "football star," so money shouldn't be the problem. It's right by the beach, too. If I owned that house and money wasn't a problem, I wouldn't sell it. Beautiful house, spacious, high-end finishes, and by the beach. Perfect.

The "football star" bought the house in 2003. How long you think the average lebgth of a pro-football career???. This guy is already past the average. He's getting his ducks in a row for that career ending injury.

These people do not know how to live like we do. More than likely the car he traded in was stolen anyway. I see many Obama type people in the city try to act like they make money yet they toss their trash out the back door.

The man was traded to the Atlanta Falcons,Seems like there are alot of pro athletes living in Manhattan Beach. He should not have a hard time selling it. just wait till the next NFLdraft pick comes out with big bankroll and not a clue in the finance dept.!
