Vegas used to be a place for the Blue Collar Joe to take a vacation from his secure job and gamble. Vegas changed over the years and as people found cheap credit and more cash available Vegas didn't need the 99 cent breakfast, 4 dollar lobster dinners and $29 dollar room rates to lure in Blue Collar Joe. As Vegas grew the new found money stream from all the extras were appropriated to build new additions, better shows and gimmicks. Now who can afford Vegas? $149 for a room, $25 per meal and a good show can set you back over $100 and that's not even airfare. What is left to gamble? Yet gambling is the hook. Without all the extras profit margins are nonexistant yet Blue Collar Joe can no longer afford them. The local casino has become the Blue Collar Joe's home now.
