Waterfront houses amaze me the most but this one here does have a spectacular view!<br><br>I'm not a big fan of dark wood floor. To me this makes me the room or hallways look darker. <br><br>I like a macitosh look. hahaaa... seriously! It has to be the most gauche design move that has come about in the last quarter century. <br><br>It simply screams "I was built in 2008 using pre-designed plan #2167 marketed as the 'Jersey Tudor'" which isn't the case with the very nice original design inside and the decent renovation inside. <br><br>In 1907 when this was built I can assure you that the architect did everything he could to hide such a necessary but ugly element to living.
