I'm not a big fan of dark wood floor. To me this makes me the room or hallways look darker.

That would make it almost 2 miles in length or width. It states it is less than a quarter acre and yet the square footage states it is 24,000 sq. ft.

It simply screams "I was built in 2008 using pre-designed plan #2167 marketed as the 'Jersey Tudor'" which isn't the case with the very nice original design inside and the decent renovation inside.

In 1907 when this was built I can assure you that the architect did everything he could to hide such a necessary but ugly element to living.
