You could'nt give a house away in California, the place is so over priced, and there is such a glutent of property on the market. This house at best is worth 1/2 of what they are looking for. It's going to take the US taxpayer to bail out this state they are so deep in the hole. You can thank Bank of America for for the real estate problems out there. They gave Mario Brazairo money with no ss number. That guy is now back in San Palo Brazil and has no intention of paying. JMc

WOW he has anger issues. Yes, we are underwater with our home prices here but we are not the only place in the country with this problem. If the guy would have read the article it says it was list 12.5 million in 2006 and is now listed at 9 million. But I really think he want to say that the state of California is "deep in the hole" and yes we are. Thanks we didn't know it.
