The desserts were sublime--floating island, lemon tart, and pot de creme. The coffee was some of the best I've ever tasted. It's roasted special for Bouchon Beverly Hills (each of the Bouchon restaurants have distinct purveyors for their coffees and house wines).


The dining room is lovely, high ceilings, beautiful fixtures, and traditional black and white tiled floors. Even the bathrooms are wonderfully appointed.

In spite of the missteps with the over-salting the food, I would still recommend and will return.]]>Nov 30th 2009 3:28AM
