Pamela Anderson's New Perfume Line
Pamela Anderson is stepping into the perfume game with two iterations of her Malibu fragrance named after the beachside town she calls home. Malibu Day/Malibu Pink is a fruity floral with notes of berries, white flowers, vanilla and ambered sandalwood. Malibu Night/Malibu Blue is a moodier scent, an oriental with notes of pomegranate, black orchid mahogany wood, lotus, patchouli and amber. As Anderson describes it on her website she's been making her own products for years layering various scents. She says that her goal was to "create a fun, sexy fragrance that really captured the beach with soft, gentle touches in a way that lingers." Starting this month, Malibu Day and Malibu Night are going to retail for $39 (1.7oz) and $49 (3.4oz) at CVS/Pharmacy, Rite Aid, Walgreens, Nordstrom, Sears and other department stores and drugstores around the U.S. Maybe this new line will help pay off some of the $4.8 million in debt she has reportedly amassed because of some pricey home renovations.

For the life of me I can't understand who would buy this or why it came out. Pamela Anderson is not someone I would imagine anyone would want to smell like.

I heard Ms. Anderson was broke and could not pay for the $1MM renovation done to her Malibu home. Any truth to that rumor?

I see these are comments from men who obviously would not have a chance to ever be with such a beautiful lady with so much talent and heart. Mr. HAYWOOD MATTHEWS, how would you know what the sweat of 10,000 men would smell like unless thats how many pounded your skanky gay ass. HATERS!!

her perfumes are not tested on animals and she is into animal rights. at least she is trying to do some good, unlike some who post here who do nothing for mankind or life in general.

The Malibu Pink one is the NIGHT one..I just ordered it online, and all these websites somehow have each day/night one confused.
The pink one is the night--with no fruity smells...and the pink one actually smells like JLO's "Still" perfume--which I dont really care for..because "Still" smells too "manly" and smells like black tea-yuck.
BUT..if you use any other sweet perfume you have..and spray it on along with the pink malibu, then it smells much better.
I just ordered the BLUE Malibu perfume, which is supposed to be the DAY one--even tho on websites it shows night. Perhaps ms. Anderson orginally wanted the blue perfume to be for night. But the manufactors must've done it the other way around.
If you want something more fruity and pretty, buy the blue one and stay away from the Pink. But if you like JLO's "Still" fragrance, then you will love Malibu Pink.
