The sad thing is that as graceful as this complex is without a working purpose it becomes a white elephant.  There is almost now way (or logical one) someone could convert to a residence and that area simply isn't upscale (nor wants to be) for premium condos. It would be lovely if it could revert to being a stable but the market is awash in a glut of trophy horse properties as it is.<br><br>It was the perfect venue for an industrial arts company such as theirs.<br><br>In 2009 one could never build such a lovely, solid and imposing series of stone buildings for $1.9M million today so it is a bargain and a charming one at that.]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[Spectacular Bid]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Oct 29th 2009 9:13AM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
