I appreciate your (hopefully) well intended response. It is true that from a marketing perspective Herman Miller does tout the Setu as chair for group uses such as in a conference room - but that is so not to impede upon its more dedicate desk chairs. My personal discussions with Herman Miller revealed that the Setu is not only suitable for desk or task use, but a good fit for that role when people enjoy the comfort of the chair. You don't need to be an industry expert to grasp these concepts. If you are more concerned with the marketing and sales perspective of the chair industry, then this is the wrong article to look at anyway. Thanks again and take care.
