Leeza Gibbons In The Hollywood Hills, Estate of the Day

Talk-show host Leeza Gibbons has had her home on and off the market for the last couple of years. As the LA Times Hot Property column reveals, Gibbons has put her longtime Hollywood Hills compound back on the market at $6.85 million down from a high of $8.75 million several years ago. The 11,137-square-foot Mediterranean is behind gates and up a long, curving private driveway and the landscaped grounds include a pond, pool and separate hot tub. The home was built in 1926 and was owned in the 1940s by actress Joan Crawford.

The main house has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms over three stories and includes themed bedrooms for the children. Other amenities include a library, office, sauna, gym and a wine cellar. Gibbons remodeled the home and added a large separate guest house which has an art studio. It seems like you could run a whole empire out of this home and hardly ever need to leave.
