I suspect buyers are more interested in what the property has to offer rather than the town. Never been there, but I bet it's small town USA. Nothing wrong with that.

low-blow? perhaps, but I live not far from Heber and in my opinion, which is just an opinion and they do vary from person to person, Heber is not great even by small town USA standards. There are plenty of small towns in Utah that I love, Heber just isn't one of them. I apologize for expressing my opinion in such a blunt manner and if you found my comment offensive, but as beautiful as some parts of the valley are and may be, there are plenty of unpleasant things to distract from that beauty.
