What is particularly appealing about Second Porch is that I can choose my vacation rental guest based on the information I can glean from their Facebook profile.  My husband and I use vacation rental accommodations when we travel world wide and we are fussy renters.  We are also fussy owners.  We stay in particularly nice places and we own particularly nice places.  Knowing about a rental guest gives us a good deal of comfort and having the guest know about us is always to our advantage.  While some VR portals (most of which we pay for) allow us to profile ourselves on the listing, we do not in return have any measure to evaluating the vacation rental guest inquiring.  Second Porch promotes and enhances transparency all the way around.
