Burberry Check Hobo, Handbag of the Day

Perhaps it is because I'm often drawn to classic styles, simple colors and subtle sophistication, or maybe it is because Burberry has a propensity for making fantastic handbags, but this Check Hobo is fabulous. With tiny pleats and patent leather trim the black and white nylon check pattern is encircled in high-society style. This bag is fully lined, includes inside pockets, zipper closure, and a single strap with a seven-inch drop. Classy, timeless and perfect for any occasion, the hobo is definitely for me! ($695 -- 9" x 14 1/2" x 2")

Definitely with you on loving this bag Laura! The subtle colouring of the fabric is great, and I really like the contrast between the formal lines of the print and the curves of the bag itself.

As you say it's a bag that's perfect for any occasion, and I'm sure would definitely have all the girls wanting to know where I got it from, however with that price tag it might be a while before I actually have one in my hand!
