Ally Sheedy Lists Her New York Apartment
Actress Ally Sheedy is the latest celebrity motivated seller. She's currently going through a divorce and is selling her home at the Boulevard building in New York City. Her two-bedroom unit in the amenity-rich building (it has a health club, pool playroom and squash court) has two terraces with north and south exposures. A split floorplan allows for privacy between the two bedrooms and a large entryway includes extra closet space. The listing says that it is "priced to sell" at $1.295 million.[via NY Mag]

THAT APARTMENT NEED SERIOUS DECORATING. THE FURNITURE FOR THE MOST PART HURTS, NOT HELPS THE PLACE. SHE OUGHT TO HIRE A STAGING COMANY OR A DECORATOR TO LEASE FURNITURE, ND DECORATIVE ACCESSORIES AS NEEDED TO REALLY GIVE THAT NICE UNIT SOME EMOTIONAL QUALITY WHEN BEING SHOWN.

I agree that the apartment is a little sparse decorative wise, but I doubt highly the funiture is staying. Why the personal attacks on her anyway, talk about bad taste!

Was she on Short Circuit too. I think she is still cute! Maybe she will get a big movie soon and not have to sell her place. Hey, i have an idea. Ally do you know JK Rowlands ? There are lots of parts in the Harry Potter movies. Bring along johnny 5 to do makeup and your set.

I always like her work, and the fact that she had to over come problem,that happen to all of us in life and to over come them always help's to make a person that much better it real life. hang in their girl. and what goes around will come around Good Luck.
