I guess that this house must be conveniently located on the bus line in which case a car is not necessary.  That would explain the absence of a garage.  Where is the full size swimming pool?  If I am going to spend a few million I would expect a swimming pool and how about a kid's adventure playground too.  I find this house more eerie than cozy.  Where is the hot tub and sauna?
