I wonder if it is the timing of your visit that you didn't really see any men? When I went there last winter, there was actually more men than I had thought possible in a spa! Granted, yes, there were many more women, but the men I saw were on their own (or appeared to be.)

Did you like it sans men? Hopefully you got to take in the sights of Lake Wallenpaupack while you were here too.

Shannon-A Girl's Gotta Spa

Comments on A Spa a Man Can Love?

Michele McIntyre - everythingspa/wordpress.com

I visited The Lodge at Woodloch at the end of May. On Sunday, checkout day, there were a few male / female couples, but mostly women.

I agree that if there was ever a spa built with men in mind, it is The Lodge at Woodloch. In my review of The Lodge, I noted that is has the feel of an Adirondack gentleman's club - the library, large and heavy furniture, and colors that appeal to men and women. Not a touch of pink for sure!

Michele McIntyre
CNYSPAGIRL

cnyspagirl
