Tanqueray Freshens Up the "T&T"
Tanqueray, the iconic London Dry Gin with a history that spanning 175 years and a Royal Warrant from the Queen of England, has come up with a number of new variations on the classic "T&T" - i.e. Tanuqeray and Tonic, which we hereby present so you can try them at your leisure:T&T Refreshed
• 1.25 oz. Tanqueray London Dry Gin
• 1 Egg White
• .75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 oz. Simple Syrup
• Tonic Water
• Shake all ingredients without ice to aerate.
• Add ice. Shake.
• Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass.
• Top with tonic water.
Muddled T&T
• 1.25 oz. Tanqueray London Dry Gin
• Tonic Water
• Muddle 3 lime wedges at the bottom of a Collins glass.
• Add Tanqueray London Dry Gin.
• Top with tonic water.

Spicy T&T
• 1 oz. Tanqueray London Dry Gin
• Ginger Beer
• .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
• Tonic Water
• Muddle 3 sprigs of mint at the bottom of a Collins glass.
• Pull the essential oils up around the side of the glass.
• Add Tanqueray London Dry Gin and fresh lime juice.
• Top with ginger beer, and a splash of tonic water.
Cuban T&T
• 1.25 oz. Tanqueray London Dry Gin
• .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
• Tonic Water
• Muddle 3 sprigs of mint at the bottom of a Collins glass.
• Pull the essential oils up around the sides of the glass.
• Add Tanqueray London Dry Gin and fresh lime juice.
• Top with tonic water

Boo.. the T&T Refreshed sounds like a poor substitute for the classic Ramos Gin Fizz. Tonic is unnecessary since the simple syrup adds sweetness, and orange flower water is much more complex and pleasing than quinine.
