Gordon Ramsey makes TV more real as he uses words that everyone knows and can understand. He operates in a way sometimes you have must in order to make those working for you do the correct thing. If you don't like his cussing or style, don't watch. He is a down to earth person who tries to do what it takes to make his meals better.
Unfortunately, if AOL is correct, serving worse quality products is very bad for business. I own and operate 6 factories worldwide and nothing beats quality always. I remember the Victoria Station chain that served the absolute best Prime Rib in the 1960s and early 1970s. When they lowered the quality of their beef at least twice and added things they did not know how to cook, where they used to have three hour waits to eat, they eventually had many tables that were never filled and went bankrupt. Hope Ramsey can recover from his bad business practices.
