Russia's New Community For The Ultra-Rich
Outside of Moscow, one of Russia's most expensive housing complexes has been constructed. Russian developer Aras Agalarov has created a community oh so modestly called the Agalarov Golf and Country Club. Sky News recently checked out the development which includes a hotel, sports complex and a golf course. There is also a "beach club" which fronts a lake and includes a restaurant. Agalarov told Sky News that he wanted to create a paradise. The community features huge multimillion dollar homes in a variety of different styles including Mediterranean mansions and columned Palladian palaces. The community also has some pretty strict rules. No dogs outside and if you travel with bodyguards you must leave them outside the community in a special bodyguard lounge. Even though Russia's richest people have seen their fortunes diminished over the past year only three of the 15 mansions remain unsold. The Agalarov website features a variety of dazzling images of this property which hopes to provide everything a Russian multi-millionaire might require.

A McDonalds-dash-disneyland for wannabe billionaires. Real wealth creates individual environments where no sense of community under a brandname can exist.
Plus you can see some poor maintenance even in press photos, imagine what will happen in 5 year time when the cameras are gone. Overpriced junk.

I can't wait to read all the comments that come in for this article. Snobby Americans think that they are the only ones with money, but let me tell you...in my travels, there are LOTS of wealthy people all over the world, and some of their lifestyles would make even a snooty American feel jealous.

Americans are the only snobby ones with money. My wrinkled face wife and I moved to Russia because we are a cut above the rest. I can drive drunk there and they have a health care program that specializes in the treatment for moles on 4-heads. Since selling my beer distributership to Glaciers, I've enjoyed taking my money and rubbing people's nozes in it --- especially those who are far less fortunate. Just ask John Neilson. He'll tell you that America is rapidly becoming a communist country with Osama in power. I'm just glad our new commode handles cotta real well.

My American government told me Russia was a terrible place. They lied again???? How many other lies.....Cuba is a bad place because it takes care of its citizens and anyone needing help???

Just because Russia has more Billionaires than the USA, doesnt mean they are still oppressed, and they are not Free like Americans. That would sould like Americans are wage slaves, and capitolism was actully bad. The Russians Educate their people for free, and have Socialiced medical. What Commies. If you dont take out loans and own more than $100,000.00 after college, you doent deserve to life.

In my travels, America is a borderline 3rd world industrialized nation, in need of repairs to it infrastructure, but the government has anouther adgenda....sell drugs, kill people, and they will never get to retire. All of my friends are living lare as ex-patriots noe, and not as wage slaves.
