Hard to believe that is in a suburb of NYC in New Jersey. That is a lifestyle, not just an estate. Peaceful, classic, not ostentatious.

I am familiar with Navesink River Road, slightly North of our Spring Lake, NJ residence. It is one of the most beautiful residential drives in the U.S. I cannot think of another spot where someone has 13 acres of waterfront property at the Shore. I would love to see this in person!
