Valentino Bow Tote, Handbag of the Day
The Valentino Bow Tote is an instant classic.It's rare that we come across a bag that is so effortlessly elegant, and so shamelessly dressy that it would look almost silly with a pair of jeans. The bag is medium-sized, at 7 1/2"H X 14"W X 6 1/2"D (not quite big enough for a sheet of paper), and features a gorgeous Italian leather bow.
We love the 80s feel of the bow, and feel almost certain that someone was carrying this at that fancy party in the movie "Adventures in Babysitting" or that Richard Gere totally gave this to Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman" -- except that this is a brand new bag from Valentino. Still, we'd love to see it paired with a tight dress and a sky-high pair of black patent heels.
