Nice home.

If the asking price is $11.9M today, what was it worth two years ago? Or even one year ago? Given how AZ real estate has plummeted, including the high end, they probably would have asked $18 to 20M back then.

Thats a great question to ask DJ, simply because it sounds like the price hasent been lowerd or really changed. Perhaps a reality check is in order for the seller.

"if you love tile"...no, but I like it ok. I also love the faint praise of an overpriced home overdone in tile. Everyone complains about the writing, but that was pretty funny.
