I agree with you totally, I believe no matter if you have wealth or not, no one should be intitled to half of your assests unless they bought half into the marriage, they should leave with what they came with. Also, I do not believe anyone should be entitled to a person's retirement and if they have children that should be their only responsibility, couples should not have to pay alimony etc...go get a job unless your spouse made the house and children your employment throughout the marriage
