Christie Brinkley Launches Jewelry Line
You've seen model Christie Brinkley pitching a variety of products over the years but now in addition to her own eyeglass and fabric lines she has a new line of jewelry. The line, which plays off her initials, is called CeleBrate and is being sold through Ross-Simons, The Christie Brinkley Jewelry Collection includes four different lines, the Floral Collection, Signature Collection, Southwestern Collection and the Inspirations Collection which includes hearts, doves and peace signs in gold and diamonds. Brinkley's initials are incorporated into some of the pieces. Prices start as low as $40 for a simple silver chain while the gold and diamond pieces are over $1,200. Pieces come in a Christie Brinkley gift box with a note from Christie.[via National Jeweler]

Very good article.
In my opinion, it is all a matter of market timing. It does not matter if it is gold, oil, or Microsoft, if you have access to good market timing signals, they will help you get in and out at a profit.
No guarantees in this business, but if they are right most of the time, you can still make $s.
There are may web sites providing them out there (search Google). Just find one that works and use it! Check out http://invetrics.com as an example.
Its Dow Jones timing signals are up 43% as of 6/23/09 while the Dow is up just 29% off its March lows.
