About a year ago my credit was a mess from medical bills and some overspending. If you've never had that problem you can't believe how it messes up your life. What I don't understand with Florida is, how can the local economy ( ie, hourly minimum wage, etc.) support these exhorbitant fees? Florida is not like California, although the tax dept. would like to believe that. Unless you are from a wealthy state, or a wealthy person, do yourselves a favor and don't get dissillusioned by the gorgeous house. It costs a lot of money to upkeep a place like this. I've been in the same predicament and it's not a pretty one.
