Patrick Dempsey's Home Back On The Market At A Reduced Price

Actor and race car driver Patrick Dempsey had his Bel Air, California home on the market earlier this year for $3.595 million. Later it was cut to $3.295 million and went into escrow. Meanwhile Dempsey and his family bought a new home in Brentwood. But something must have happened on the way to the closing because his old home is back on the market with a new lower price. The Real Estalker dishes that he paid $3.1 million for the home in 2006 so he will likely be losing money on this home. The charming New England style home has been exquisitely done in a contemporary style with deep shades of paint on the walls contrasting with cream trim and wood floors. It has a large living room, formal dining room, a chef's kitchen with white subway tiles that opens to family room and four bedrooms. The backyard includes a pool and a treehouse. This week Dempsey is in France, he is racing a Ferrari 430 GT in the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
