The houses are built shoulder to shoulder with almost no yards and many only have on-street parking, of which there isn't any.  It's all on a very steep hill.  Narrow beach.  Long drive to the freeway.  Never understood its appeal.]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[shieldsbrown]]></dc:creator><pubDate>May 31st 2009 2:16PM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
