Kirsten Dunst Selling Her L.A. House for $1.7 Million
Actress Kirsten Dunst is selling her Hollywood Hills "celebrity retreat" (see video tour above) for $1.7 million. The 2,062-sq.-ft. Mid-Century-style spread has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, the Real Estalker reports, and massive entry gates, a curved drive and state of the art security system assure maximum privacy. The living room has heated terrazzo floors, a peaked and beamed white ceiling and navy blue walls, and a fireplace. A sliding glass door opens to a large multi-level entertainment deck sitting nestled in the trees at the front of the property. A secluded court yard off the master bedroom features a romantic in-ground spa. Dunst, who bought the house in 2003 for $1.25 million, had reportedly lived there with her former beau Jake Gyllenhaal.
