Martini Girl Too Hot for Formula 1 Drivers in Monaco

A billboard featuring sultry model Jessiqa Pace (above) on the racetrack at the Monaco Grand Prix had to be taken down after it proved too distracting to Formula 1 drivers over the weekend. Pace, 29, appears in the campaign for Martini, the Italian winemaker founded in 1863 and famous for its iconic vermouth.

F1 team representatives asked for the posters to be taken down after drivers complained during trial runs; champ Lewis Hamilton crashed in Saturday's qualifying round close to the gigantic image of Jessiqa. "All the attention is overwhelming," she told the London Daily Star. "I find it really funny. Obviously it's very flattering that I'm distracting the drivers so much, but I'd feel terrible if someone got hurt."

This is ridiculous. That billboard wouldn't even distract a regular street driver, much less a professional trained to drive at extremely high speeds. Maybe if she were naked and spread eagle, it might catch some glances. Oh, and to the commenter above, cleavage is not made to look like a "buttcrack". Breasts are a sign of fertility and being able to care for young. A buttcrack does...well..only one thing.

This gal is a model? Distracting? Is she still alive? When did she pass away from starvation? Seriously, this bag of bones would not be considered healthy enough even in Ethiopia to be attractive. To each his own, but I like women with enough meat on their bones I can tell they are alive, and I don't have to use a mirror to see if they are still breathing.

I think the story is bull. Professional drivers have intense concentration and I doubt they'd even notice the billboard, let alone be distracted. What is really disturbing is the video. If you haven't watched it, you should. The guy is completely creepy and very stalker like. You can see how uncomfortable she is. The guy totally creeps her out. I think he's very scary.

How dumb. Race car driving is very serious and life threatening. If it only takes a billboard to distract them, then think of how easily they are putting theirs and other lives on the line. If indeed they are distracted by a stupid billboard then maybe they don't belong driving a race car or much else for that matter.

All I can say is "You've got to be kidding" Now, if Pamela Sue Anderson or maybe even Paris Hilton were on the poster, I might believe it. This girl is pretty, but not show stopping. Maybe over there in their country it is though.

The billboard is no excuse. If you are a professional, you are supposed to be able to channel your focus no matter what distractions are in the way. Particularly race car driving where speed exceeds hundreds of miles per hour. Or, any hazardous job like airline pilot, police officer, stuntman, etc.
