For the most part a scar is something to hide not something to celebrate but one company has created a jewelry line to showcase your personal badges of honor. It's My Scar can create a bracelet, ring, earrings or necklace that is a rendering of your personal scar. The website examples include scars from surgeries and accidents. The cost ranges from $200 to $1,500 depending on the size, metal and type of piece.
