It Comes With A Maserati, Estate of the Day

We keep seeing more of these car and estate deals. The seller of today's estate in Nissequogue, New York is throwing in his $130,000 Maserati Quattroporte. Newsday's Real LI says the seller is Yucel Edebali, a real estate developer and the president of Crest Contracting Inc. The home is on 14.5 acres and overlooks Long Island sound. The 8,500-square-foot home has two home theaters, six bedrooms and both indoor and outdoor pools as well as a tennis court. The home was built in 2008 and is listed at $13.9 million.

According to the listing, this house was built in 2008, yet the furnishings and decoratinf appear to be 1988. Come on, Tony and Carmela Soprano had better taste in decorating.....

People with terrible taste shouldn't build big houses. The interiors are oogly.

was thinking the exact same thing.....the design/materials...etc all seem from 1990. you would think if theyre gonna build a $10+ mio house, they would hire professional designers.
