On the market, off the market, and back on again, We've been seeing Nicole Murphy, ex-wife of Eddie Murphy, try to sell her home in the Calabasas area of Southern California since 2007. It's hard to say why this one hasn't sold but the LA Times Hot Property column reports that she's trying again.

The master suite has a formal entry with travertine floors, a balcony, two walk in closets, his and hers vanities, a spa and a large walk-in shower. The grounds provide places to play with a pool and spa, a barbeque area with a refrigerator, ice maker, warming drawer and wet bar and a casita with a full kitchen and an indoor and an outdoor fireplace, fountains and walking paths with mountain vista views. It has been listed as high as $9.995 million in the past but is now listed at $8.495 million and may need more of a price cut to finally move into the sold column.
