This week , Steven Harvey, a one-time employee of Salander pleaded guilty to falsifying business records in the first degree. The NY Observer reveals that Salander's townhouse, which was listed for $25 million and is now priced at $15.995 million. In January 2008, the NY Times reported that Salander and his wife had asked a federal bankruptcy judge to approve a plan to sell their six-story townhouse. The home has approximately 9,000 square feet of space spread out over six stories with a sweeping staircase, seven bedrooms, six full baths and three half baths, a landscaped garden and two terraces.
