The rest is simply for those on a budget and there is nothing wrong with that. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WITH SCOTT KAY IS HIS EGO AND THAT HE CONTINUES TO PREACH LIKE HE IS THE LAST WORD IN FINE JEWELRY.
