While we shouldn't punish any vendors for the new SCHIP rules, it's clear there are manufacturers who should be rewarded. Didn't you say before that this tax works out to about 40 cents per cigar? Aren't cigar smokers supposed to be, you know, big swinging dicks?  Tough uber-capitalists, showing off their success? Do they really care about an extra 40 cents? Do the rest of us care if they have to pay it?  <br><br>And why is this a Luxist post? I thought the point of this blog was exuberant consumption.
