Site owners can block replica and fake product sites, by URL.  You would think it would be even easy for Google to block these illegal sites, but I think they care less about legality and more about money.  In the long run this will continue to cost them, in the form of lawsuits.  The US is already looking into Google's monopolistic practices, so they'd better start showing some ethical tact. I understand LVMH trying to protect their site, but this is like killing the messenger because of the message.
