Tho' I gotta think the noise from next door would be bothersome. Unless you had an open invitation to parties :-)<br><br>Read in the WSJ article that there's a door in the wall 'tween the two properties. Makes you wonder why it's not shown. Hef is a MAJOR art collector, so there may be some pieces he has purchased anomously that he doesn't want the art world or Playboy Enterprises to know about. <br><br>As far as the timing, Hef is going to be 83 in a few weeks and even he knows he's not going to live forever. The sale could be part of an overall estate plan or trust for all of his kids.]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[DJ]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Mar 13th 2009 5:58PM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
