But a nice level back yard, great for setting up the party tent. Tho' I gotta think the noise from next door would be bothersome. Unless you had an open invitation to parties :-)

As far as the timing, Hef is going to be 83 in a few weeks and even he knows he's not going to live forever. The sale could be part of an overall estate plan or trust for all of his kids.]]>Mar 13th 2009 5:58PM
