Up Close and Personal with the Brabus G V12 S Biturbo in Geneva

The horsepower wars are over. That's what Mercedes' own AMG performance division said about what until recently seemed like a never ending game of one-upmanship between Germany's luxury automakers. Someone apparently forgot to tell Brabus, though. The Mercedes tuning house stormed Switzerland this year with the G V12 S Biturbo, details of which we brought you in the ramp-up to the Geneva Motor Show but which we couldn't fully appreciate until seeing it in the flesh. The monster truck looks mean, but you still wouldn't know that 700 horsepower and nearly 1000 lb-ft of torque lie dormant under the hood...figures rivaled only by the nearly half-million-dollar sticker price.
