Estate of the Day Price Reductions

Sometimes I get curious about what happens to homes that have been an estate of the day. I went back through the listings from the last two months to see just how much has changed for the homes I've profiled this year. A couple of listings have been pulled (sales perhaps?), some have remained exactly the same, and then there are the reductions. In just a couple of months we've seen estates have drops from a couple hundred thousand dollars to multiple millions. I'll continue to track this every couple of months as a way to get some sort of picture of how luxury real estate is changing across the country.
--The modern home on Gates Road in Washington, D.C. shown above is now under contract.
--That Tiburon, California house which comes with its own Ferrari has already had a price reduction. It was at $3.6 million when it was our estate of the day but is now listed at $3.395 million.
--A New York city co-op that we covered at the start of February has had a price reduction from $6.95 million to $6 million.
--Black River Farm in New Jersey has had a reduction from $7.95 million to $7.5 million.
--Southern California's Old Lion Manor has had a huge price drop, from $27.5 million to $19.9 million.
--Julie Bowen has dropped the price of her Studio City home from $2.695 million to $2.495 million.
--Beck's Malibu home has had multiple price reductions, most recently from $2.345 million to $2.195 million his Hancock Park home has been reduced from $7.35 million to $6.95 million.
--A home in Charleston, South Carolina has gone from $2.1 million to $1.8 million.

The Tiburon house has dropped to $3.395M, not $3.295M. I'm not really clear if this is an actual
price drop, since it appears the Ferrari (worth more
than $200K) is not being offered with the house
anymore.

Thanks for the correction, the Ferrari was never listed on the website so I'm not sure if it is still being offered.
