Do you know who made the base movement?   the chrono-skelet looks like eta. I am not 100% sure. Likely an ETA make, but it is entirely possible it is Dubois Depraz, or someone else. ETA  does make some square movements like that, companies like Armin Strom extensively modify movement to make them "their own." It could also perhaps be Piaget. A very rare square movement.
