--Actress Natasha Henstridge has put her five-bedroom home in Sherman Oaks, California on the market for $1.75 million.

--Former Japanese soccer star Hidetoshi Nakata has cut the price of the apartment building he owns in New York City. The price for 43 Crosby is now $15 million. Last year, he was asking $22 million for the freshly renovated building which includes three floor through apartments, a duplex penthouse plus a ground floor/basement retail. The listing is here.
--Iceland has put four of its ambassadorial residences up for sale. We'll check out the Washington DC ambassadorial residence Monday as an estate of the day.

--Danny Errico, the co-founder of Equinox gyms, has sold his home in Amagansett, New York for $11.895 million. His asking price was $14.995 million.
--Sir Alex Ferguson, manager of England's Manchester United soccer team, may be trying to back out of purchasing a penthouse at the Manhattan House development on East 66th Street.
--Richard and Cherylyn Cieri closed on their Manhattan House penthouse purchase for close to $8 million.
--Financier Stephen Benson has reduced the asking price on his Park Avenue apartment again. He originally wanted $13 million for the two-bedroom residence at 885 Park Ave. but is now asking $8.25 million. The listing is here.

--Financier J. Christopher Flowers has put the Harkness mansion, which he bought in 2006, on the market for $49.95 million. He reportedly also spent millions on renovations.
--Aby Rosen's $75 million listing at 22 East 71st Street will be the site of the 37th annual Decorator Show House to be held this April and May. Rosen reports that he has received two offers above $60 million for it. Rosen paid $15.65 million for the house in August 2004 but isn't interested in cutting the price. We covered this home as an estate of the day last November.

--Adam Levine of the band Maroon 5 has put his Los Angeles home up for rent for $10,000 a month. The listing is here.
The Castillo del Lago mansion in the Hollywood Hills is rumored to be soon to hit the market. The home was once owned by Madonna.
Last year, Los Angeles real estate agent Kurt Rappaport paid $15.99 million for a home in Beverly Hills. He has now renovated it and flipped it back on to the market for $28.5 million. The listing is here.
--Tennis star Lindsay Davenport has put two of her Southern California homes up for sale. We'll check out her Ventura beach house as today's estate of the day.
-The price on this new Colonial home in Old Westbury, New York has dropped from $5.499 million to $4.99 million. The property was listed about eight months ago, before breaking ground. The listing is here.
--A Remsenburg, NY estate that first went on the market in 2007 for almost $8 million is now being offered for $4.25 million. It was our estate of the day on Saturday.
--Orthopedic surgeon and New York Jets team doctor Kenneth Montgomery and his wife, Leslie Montgomery, a breast surgeon are following the NFL team and relocating to New Jersey. Their Roslyn Harbor, New York home, Sycamore Lodge is now on the market. The Gothic Victorian is listed for a price range of $2,999,999 to $3,499,999.
--The Sand Castle, a 22-room waterfront estate for sale in Bay Shore is on the market for an asking price range of $9,875,000 to $10,985,000. The listing is here.
--Kelsey Grammer has put his Bridgehampton, New York mansion back on the market, this time for $13.9 million. We checked it out as an estate of the day in 2007 when it was on the market for $16.1 million. The new listing is here.

--Former Revlon CEO Jack Stahl has paid $8 million for an apartment at 255 East 74th Street.
--Anthony Coniglio, a managing director in JPMorgan's financial institutions group, and his wife Tara have paid $6.2 million for a seventh-floor apartment at 170 East End Avenue.
--Morgan Stanley exec Guy Metcalfe is in contract to sell his five-bedroom apartment at 15 Central Park West. He bought the home in October for $9.35 million, listed it for $16.5 million two weeks later and dropped the price a couple of times until it was finally lsted at $12.5 million.
--Sheikh Abdul Aziz al-Thani of Qatar has lowered the price of his three-bedroom apartment at Trump Park Avenue, which he bought for $6.1 million in 2005. It was listed at $14 million late last year but is now at $10 million. The listing is here.
Software entrepreneur Peter Norton has gone into contract to sell his apartment at the Trump International, which had been listed most recently for $17.9 million.
--Todd Waterbury, creative director of Wieden + Kennedy's New York office, paid $1.375 million for one-bedroom apartment at 180 West 58th Street in New York City.

--Michael Jordan and his girlfriend Yvette Prieto have paid $281,000 to purchase a house in Miami, Florida.
--A three-bedroom home in the Hollywood Hills that composer Marvin Hamlisch owned until 2007 is on the market for $1.499 million.The listing is here.

--Actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan has paid $1.9 million to purchase a five-bedroom house in Studio City.
--"Entourage" creator Doug Ellin and his wife, Melissa, sold a four-bedroom home in the Beverly Crest area of Los Angeles for $1.5 million. The Ellins paid $810,000 for the property in June 1998.
